When Ordering Goods
Please write name and address in full, giving billing and address to be sent. If on an angling tour please give home address.
Our establishment is fitted with telephone if any questions should arise. Please e-mail telephone number for prompt assistance.
PAYMENT - Post Office Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks should be crossed and made payable to: Old-Time  Angler. All Checks must clear before shipment. PayPal is also accepted. As well as Visa& Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Oklahoma orders please add sales tax. Full payment due must be received before shipping of goods.
DELIVERY - E-mail for shipping quotes. Insurance and tracking at additional costs. We will deliver any where in the world. The customer is responsible for any VAT's or custom duties that may be imposed by addressee's government.
SHIPPING - Items are shipped either by U.S. Post Office, Priority Mail or Fed-ex ground, on larger orders if Priority mail is desired please state. If other method is preferred please advise for additional cost.
INSURANCE - To safeguard clients needs, we will at additional costs insure any article desired. Rates or e-mail for quote. We are not responsible if you do not request insurance. If desired for additional $1.00 delivery confirmation can be added to track parcel.
PACKING - All goods are packaged with the utmost attention.
RETURNED EMPTIES - must be sent carriage paid, and will be credited when received in original shipped condition within 3 days of delivery, a 10 % re-stocking fee applies to all returns. Parcel charges are not refundable. If shipped free, a charge will be assessed against credit. Less any further charges. Every care will be taken to send goods strictly to order. Should any article not be exactly what required, it will be exchanged if returned at once, in good order.
No refunds on Courtney Footwear. Footwear, footwear maybe returned within 3 days of delivery for a merchandise credit minus a 10% re-stocking fee. No exceptions.
Fraudulent chargebacks is a form of credit card fraud, those who wish to participate will be prosecuted for theft and assessed an additional charge back handling fee of 15% of their order. Customers will also, be responsible for any legal fees incurred by OTA in recovering and prosecuting chargebacks. 
APPROVAL - Whenever possible goods will be sent on approval on receipt of remittance. If not notified, within two days of delivery, they will be considered sold.

LAY-A-WAY ITEMS - All Layaways require at least one payment every thirty days to maintain layaway account. All items in layaway must be completely paid for before release of items. If account goes thirty days with out payment a cancellation of layaway will result.  Lay-a-way payments are non-refundable. See additional terms before beginning a layaway.
SPECIAL ORDERS - Special orders require full payment, special orders are non refundable once order is placed. Most items that must be ordered via special order are not returnable. However, some items maybe returned for store credit, or exchanged. Please inquire if need be before ordering. 
Note - All auction items and consignment items are sold as is, non-refundable. All pre-order items are non-refundable and counted as special order items. A merchandise credit will be offered on pre-order returns.
Consignment - We are will accept all kinds of items to consign for you. We offer several options for consignment. Anglers can use the proceeds to upgrade to better gear or if you need money we also consign and send you a check minus all fees. Items withdrawn from consignment will be charged a fee.
