Terms of Business:
When
Ordering Goods
Please write name and address in full, giving billing and
address to be sent. If on an angling tour please give home address.
Our establishment is fitted with telephone if any questions
should arise. Please e-mail telephone number for prompt assistance.
PAYMENT - Post Office Money Orders, Cashiers Cheques, and
Personal Cheques should be crossed and made payable to: Old-Time
Angler. All Cheques must clear before shipment.
PayPal
is also accepted. Oklahoma orders please add sales tax. Full payment due
must be received before shipping of goods.
DELIVERY - Free priority post for orders $170.00 and over in the
Continental U.S. Otherwise, e-mail for quote. Insurance and tracking at
additional costs. We will deliver any where in
the world. The customer is responsible for any VAT's or custom duties that
may be imposed by addressee's government.
SHIPPING - All orders are shipped by U.S. Post Office, Priority
Mail. If other method is preferred please advise for additional cost.
INSURANCE - To safeguard clients needs, we will at additional
costs insure any article desired.
Rates
or e-mail for quote. If necessary for additional $0.45 delivery
confirmation can be added to track parcel.
PACKING - All goods are packaged with the utmost attention.
RETURNED EMPTIES must be sent carriage paid, and will be
credited when received in original shipped condition. Parcel charges are
not refundable. If shipped free, a charge will be assessed
against credit.
Every care will be taken to send goods strictly to order.
Should any article not be exactly what required, it will be exchanged if
returned at once, in good order.
APPROVAL - Whenever possible goods will be sent on approval on
receipt of remittance. If not notified, within four days
of
delivery, they will be considered sold.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Some items maybe returned for credit, or
exchanged. Please inquire if need be. All Ebay auction items and
